  • What is your delivery time?

    17 AM, KW series 1 week; 8 AM, 3MP 10 days.

  • What is the payment method?

    T/T (30 days after payment or monthly settlement).

  • How do you ensure the quality of the product?

    Strictly follow SOP.

  • Are you a factory or a trading company?

    We are a factory, and we also have our own international trade department. We produce and sell our own products.

  • Where is your factory?

    Yancheng, Jiangsu, China.

  • Can you provide customized services?

    Yes.

  • Do you support OEM and ODM?

    No.

  • How long is the warranty period of the product?

    Our products are not final products, so there is no warranty issue. The shelf life is only 2 years under the corresponding requirements.

  • Can your packaging ensure the safety of the product?

    Yes.

  • What information do I need to provide to get an accurate quotation?

    1.According to the specific drawing requirements; 2. After the sample test provided by our company is qualified.

  • If I don't go to your company, how can I get the product progress?

    Reply to the delivery date by email (or WeChat, Q0) and inform the logistics information after delivery.
